My Story
I Didn’t Start Out Knowing Any of This
I started my first business from a spare bedroom, a laptop, and a whole lot of hope. No roadmap, no mentor, no idea what I was doing. I made every mistake in the book — undercharged, overextended, burned out, and more than once considered quitting entirely.
What turned things around wasn’t a better marketing strategy or a perfect sales funnel. It was finding the right support — someone who could see my business more clearly than I could see it myself. That experience changed everything, and it’s why I became a coach.

Undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, giving me a solid academic foundation in strategy, finance, and organizational management.

A Timeline of Where This All Started
2013
Launched My First Business
Started a virtual assistant agency from home with nothing but a laptop and determination. Made every mistake imaginable — and learned more in year one than any classroom could have taught me.
2015
Hit a Wall — and Found a Mentor
After two exhausting years of spinning my wheels, I hired my first business coach. That investment changed everything. Within six months my revenue doubled and I finally felt like a real CEO.
2017
Became a Certified Coach
Completed my ICF certification and began quietly taking on coaching clients alongside my own business. The results my clients got confirmed what I already felt in my bones: this was my calling.
2019
Went Full-Time & Featured in Forbes
Left the VA business behind to coach full-time. Shortly after, my approach to pricing and positioning was featured in a Forbes piece on women-led small businesses. The inbox got very full.
2021
Launched the Group Mastermind
Opened the first cohort of the Group Mastermind program after dozens of clients asked for a community experience. Sold out in 48 hours. Haven’t looked back.
2023
200+ Clients & Counting
Crossed the milestone of 200 clients served, with over $2M in combined revenue generated across my client base. Still the same mission: help women build businesses they’re proud of.

Morning Person
I do my best thinking before 9am with a very large coffee. If our calls are early, I’m the one who showed up fully caffeinated and ready to dig in.
Dog Mom
I have a Cavalier named Pepper who makes exactly zero appearances on my Zoom calls but is always within earshot. You may occasionally hear her.
Avid Reader
I read 40+ books a year, mostly business and memoir. I’ll absolutely recommend something to you mid-session if it feels relevant — consider it a coaching bonus.
